These days, YG and SBS’s relationship has been seen fairly often.

YG has definitely showed that they are more fit for SBS’s programs rather than MBC or KBS. Especially in the SBS Chuseok ‘Idol Big Show’. In this program there was Girls’ Generation and Kara, but G-dragon and 2NE1 from YG Entertainment were shown way more on T.V. So much, some fans called it the YG Special Show. And at the ending of this show, Big Bang preformed as ’special guests’.

For Kang Ho Dong’s new talk show, Strong Heart, G-Dragon and Seungri were among those 24 guests. Also in Intimate Note, Seungri and TOP’s comic characters were shown. On the other hand, Big Bang hasn’t been on MBC’s Golden Fishery.

YG also made the debut of 2NE1 AND G-Dragon’s solo album on SBS’s Inkigayo. At the times it seemed like the two were on a ‘honeymoon’ getting closer to eachother. And of course, the other two broadcasting systems, KBS and MBC were hurt in their pride.
YG head, Yang Hyun Suk wrote on his homepage, ‘I think people are misunderstanding because of our one program per week strategy.’

SBS also said ‘we’re not trying to help YG Entertainment while leaving the other ones out. It’s obvious that we would broadcast the groups with more popularity.’ From YG’s point of view, they get the broadcasting/programing quality that they want, and SBS gets some of the most popular idol groups, so we see it as a ‘win-win’ perspective.

But, YG and SBS’s relationship wasn’t always this good. In 2004 YG and SBS had scheduled for Wheesung’s 3rd album Comeback. But at that time, YG wrote on his homepage, ‘SBS refused to let Wheesung do his comback show because we had him comeback on a different broadcasting system first. Also, SBS had refused to let the idol groups, or singers on their music programs if the singers or groups hadn’t been on one of their variety shows.’

The conflict between the two, YG and SBS, is settled, and has been since 2005.

SBS variety program second episode kicked off last 13th of October. Everyone was excited for top idol groups such as 2ne1 super junior and kara were present for the show. The preview showed interesting clips from the second episode and you just cant help it but get excited for it.

Unfortunately for non-korean fans; we have to wait for the videos to be subbed in order for us to fully understand what they are talking about the entire time. Waiting indeed is worth it, almost one week after the episode was aired was then was the first episode english subbed became available. But it was all worth the wait right?

Bom and Dara must be celebrating by now. YG said it was sort of joke contract and willing to reduce Bom and Dara’s contract ban to three years.
I really didn’t get this part. so they have to wait three years before they date or they marry?

Minji and CL will not suffer even if their contract ban will last for 5 years.. Minji will only be 21 and CL will be 24 by that time. lol.
Well I think it’s okay because they’re not like men, they don’t need to serve their country for 2 years…

2NE1 Sandara Park talks about the opportunity she was given to be a singer.
For the 2nd episode of Strong Heart aired on SBS on 13th October, Sandara Park said, “I came down to Korea from the Philippines and Yang HyunSeok who trains singers in Hiphop music told me, ‘You cannot be a singer’.”

She added, “So he persuaded me to do acting. And then when they decided to form a new girlgroup, I was anticipating but I was not given any opportunities to practise.”
“And there was once a chance where I can go sing at the karaoke with Se7en and GDragon. I thought if I do well at the karaoke session, I may be given some opportunity. So I prepared a song and went with them and the atmosphere was fun and then I said ‘I want to try for once’.”

She continued, “After a few days, I filmed in the practice room and showed to president Yang and for the first time he said, ‘I saw potential in you. I am going to give you a month’s time’. And with that I became a singer.”

Meanwhile, during the episode, the 2NE1 members each revealed some truthful talks and also powerful dance performances.

2NE1 reveals some of the unrevealed chitchats and talents on their first variety show appearance on SBS ‘Strong Heart’.

For the 2nd episode of ‘Strong Heart’ to be aired on 13th October, 2NE1 member Sandara Park and Park Bom said, “We are 26 this year, and born in the year of 1984.” They have revealed their age to the guests on the show even all this while, it has been hard for others to believe their age.

Guest appearance Solbi, who is of the same age as Sandara Park, was also very shocked to hear that. MC Lee Seung Gi said, “So you are noonas who are older than me by 3 years.”

Guess what Sandara Park replied.

SBS new variety show "strong heart" which show cases 24 entertainers from the kpop scene launched its first ever episode Last week. It was packed with celebrities from GD and Seungri of Big Bang to former GOD Kim tae woo. After the first episode it showed a little preview of the upcoming second episode the following week.

The second episode of strong heart will be aired on SBS tomorrow 13th of October and here are preview photo's from the show! The second episode is packed with celebrities as well, from 2ne1 to Kara and Super Junior.

The pictures scream for itself... cant wait to see Minji dance for Lee Seung gi and Bom share some of her healthy food! we know how much she loves them back in 2ne1 tv! and also BOOM's rendition of 2ne1's everfamous hit debut song "FIRE".

Kara's Goo Hara revealed that she spent time with 2NE1's Minji and Big Bang's Seungri when she was young.

On SBS 'Kang Shim Jang' Goo Hara will reveal her relationship with Gong Minji. She said, "I always looked over 2NE1's Gong Minji at an early age." and "Big Bang's Seungri is like my family.", which sparked curiousity.

Goo Hara and Seungri both attended the same dance school before debut with dreams of becoming a singer.

On the other hand, Hara and Nicole exchanged words about their life in their hostel and how they fought and had complaints, which made the studio erupt in laughter.

I managed to find a few old pictures of 2NE1's Park Bom.

As you can see in the pictures,she is not having any make up and i think she is quite good looking.

Many fans are afraid that their idols are a product of plastic surgery but i think i have confidence in Park Bom,hopefully these few pictures can prove something.Have a look please!
