Singapore , the tiny red dot on the world map , has been engulfed in the "Nobody" craze recently . Reports have shown exactly how popular the girls are here . And well , I'm seeing Singaporeans go into a second Hallyu wave , ever since the release of Korean drama Dae Jang Geum .
Popular Singaporean comedian podcaster , Mr Brown , recently did a parody of Wonder Girls' "Nobody" . His very own version called , "Wash Your Hands Too". He "ingeniously" changed the lyrics of the song to fit the recent H1N1 condition that has been affecting many countries .

I'm a Wonderful and when I first saw the video , my expression was kind of like this --> -.- What ?!
But yeah . I tried to think of it more positively and here's my conclusion :
The Wonder Girls are way too popular in Singapore now that you have groups of people who are trying to parodize and imitate them . Everywhere you go , you hear "Nobody" !
Probably to die-hard Wonderfuls like me , it's sort of like what happened a century ago . But well , at least for Singapore as a whole , the Nobody craze is swallowing our people as fast as the H1N1 virus is ^^;
Also , Nobody's way too catchy ! Thanks to Mr JY. Park ^^ It gets stuck in your head with it's repetitive lyrics , and hence I guess that's the reason behind Mr Brown's Wash Your Hands Too .
So yeah , what do you think about it ?
A great parody , or just another bad joke ?
