We were all informed about KBS2FM boycotting YG Family and now it has been announced the boycotting has come to an end.
The whole controversy was about the matter of G-Dragon being a guest on Super Junior's Kiss the Radio. Supposedly, YG Family did not know G-Dragon was going to appear on the show when KBS2FM announced he was coming on the radio show. When G-Dragon pulled a no-show, both sides were angry about the situation.
KBS2FM was mad at the irresponsibility of G-Dragon and his representatives. They thought it was disrespectful and that they had to talk to YG before figuring things out. YG Family stated that they never confirmed his guest appearance on the show and that something went wrong in the communication.
On a phone call with Newsen on the 25th, YG Entertainment expressed, "It was all a misunderstanding so we personally talked things out." It has also been confirmed that KBS2FM will now start playing YG Entertainment's songs again.
Meanwhile, Yang Hyun Suk, president of YG Entertainment, has released his side of the story on the plagiarism accusations against his artistes.
