I’m a 2PM fan because they’re not pretentious or arrogant. They’re idols but they act like your friends and on top of that, the group as a whole is talented. They’re the only group of guys who can draw unibrows and nipples on their faces without caring what the millions of people out there will think of them and yet when they get on stage, they become beast-like idols.

As reported earlier, the Wonder Girls are really gearing up for their American debut, first returning to the stage with the Jonas Brothers, then releasing an official remix and finally holding Meet & Greets in Justice stores on the East Coast today & tomorrow!

Justice... wha? Even if you don't live in the States, many of you readers probably haven't heard of the Justice store chain. It's a popular retail fashion store across America aimed at tweens; if you're like me and past that stage, think of the popular Limited Too of a few years back because they're under the same company.

Scott Bracale, the president of Tween Brands Inc's Agency, has expressed confidence in the company's new partnership with the Girls. The "Nobody" remix CDs are exclusively retailing for just a dollar and have already sold over 17,000 units in the 800 Justice locations that are selling them. With this success, Bracale predicts that the 30,000 CDs in stock will be sold out sometime next week.

It looks like Tween Brands Inc is serious about getting these CDs out - as promotion, the store appeals to both the tweens & parents (the so-called "Tween Network) by continually playing the music video on TV screens in each store.

"Something unique about this partnership ... is that we are selling the actual CDs versus the digital downloads," expressed Leslie Armour, president of the Youth Marketing Group, which consults Tween Brands. "No other retailers are selling the physical CD singles, but ... we [have found] that these girls really like to be able to feel and touch what they are purchasing. They like to have it in their hands when they leave the store."

"Record stores have all pretty much faded or gone away altogether, so for us to be in Justice stores is such a great opportunity," said JY Park of JYP Entertainment. This is true especially in Korea, the only country in which digital sales currently exceed physical sales, reportedly generating 56% of total music revenue in the country back in 2006. In the states, digital music sales are project to eclipse those of physical CDs by the end of next year.

JY Park continued, "We are getting the tweens excited for this single at a store they not only buy clothes at but they like to spend their time there."

So how did the Wonder Girls snag such a great partnership with a large company like Tween Brands? "The Wonder Girls struck us as being very tween appropriate," the president explained. "We are very selective about who we partner with, but if there is something new, different and innovative, we can most certainly deliver the viewership in our stores."

Hottests in Montreal released their official flash mob video today and it does not disappoint!

With most flash mobs around the globe performing to 2PM's 2009 hit song "Again and Again", Montreal decided to switch things up a bit and they performed to 2PM's debut song "10 Points out of 10". I was a bit worried when I saw that they performed to this since there is a lot of bboying involved in the choreography (Jaebum's strength). But man, was I wrong. Check out the video!

Though we've been concentrating on big names stationed in the homeland with the Dream Concert and inter-group specials, we can't forget the Wonder Girls' promotional activities!

Aside from the occasional quirky video or interview, these ladies have been on the DL lately with preparations for their album, but their so-called lax period is nearing its end. And busy they are - over the last few nights, the girls reunited with the Jonas Brothers in Mohegan Sun, Connecticut (9 - 10th October, three shows total) as special guests. 2AM's Jo Kwon perfectly did the "Tell Me Your Wish (Genie)" jae gi cha gi dance by SNSD and more.

Jo Kwon was on the pilot of SBS's talk variety show "Tto Ki Yeol Jun (Talk/Skill Battle)" on October 11, where he showed off his acting with his expressions and his dance parade.

Jo Kwon, who was also accompanied by Im Seulong on the show, performed Lee Jung Hyun's fan dance that was famous in "Wa" as well as SNSD's "Tell Me Your Wish" dance. He impressed the judges Lee Gyung Shil, Jo Hyung Ki and Kim Tae Won and won the "Tto Ki King."

Jo Kwon also showed off his famous expressions, inducing laughter by imitating Choi Ji Woo's acting. Jo Kwon said, "I hear that I look like Choi Ji Woo in "Stairway to Heaven," and he then imitated Choi Ji Woo's character 'Jungsuh.'

On another note, Jo Kwon is a permanent couple on MBC's "We Got Married" with BEG's Ga-In, which will be yet another way to show off his entertaining skills.

The boys of 2PM performed their hit songs at the Dream Concert this year and at the end of the performance of “I Hate You,” Taec screamed, “Jaebeom!” Not very exciting, but still newsworthy because it’s the first time Taec has voiced anything about the Jay controversy. 2PM is just not right without Jay, and I would say that if any other group members left because anytime you take out a core member of a group, the product will be a mess and that’s what this performance was. There’s just this huge empty space and it just doesn’t flow like it used to. Sad.

It has been revealed from a representative of JYPE that Park Jinyoung has returned to Korea purely for business reasons. With his arrival, the industry has been on alert on the production of 2PM's new album.

On the 12th, MoneyToday was able to reach a JYPE representative, in which he stated "His return is only to handle a lot of different business related things. It is not in preparation of 2PM's new album."

He also went on to state "He will be going back to the states shortly and 2PM's album is still in the production stage. The release date cannot be announced yet."

Park Jinyoung came to Korea on the 10th and attended Bi's concert.

Hottest's all around the world are One for this. Remember the Malaysian Hottest's Flash Mob A few weeks ago? Now its New York Hottest's turn for their Flash Mob. They were very dedicated in this and wanted no less than a stellar flash mob performance. Fans practiced and rehearsed before the actual flash mob to perfect the moves and be ready for their public performance.



They performed 10 out of 10 by 2pm and they made sure they had every single detail from the music video to their performance. They also had their own version of 2pm with 7 fans with each members name written on the back of their shirts.

The flash mob sure did attract a lot of audiences cause while they did their thing passerby's stopped and watched them perform. Im pretty sure the New York hottest's enjoyed themselves on this, it just goes to show how dedicated they are and how much they love 2pm and Jaebeom.

After the Jaebeom myspace incident which made him to leave and go home to Seattle, Hottest's all over the world have been showing not only Jaebeom but 2pm, JYP and the whole world that what they feel is true and all they want is for the leadja of 2pm to come back to his family in korea.

Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to give you the latest scoop on what is planned for this month. I have good and bad news. First I'll start with the bad news, which is that I am officially off the SBS TV Program "Finding the Green Gold". There were some mis-communications that ended up with me and the other guys leaving the show... I was hoping that it would last longer but, unfortunately it is over but we still have 2 more episodes that haven't aired yet. Also, I am still apart of "SBS' 강심장 (Strong Heart)" and it has GREAT reviews so far so looking forward to working on this show more and more. Also, I just found out that I will be flying out to Chicago on the 29th of this month for an event that will be held on the 30th at the Christian Heritage Academy in Chicago. I hope some of you can make it out to see me perform. I'm pretty excited to get the chance to perform in Chicago... This will be my first time...

Anyhow, that's all for now and if any new updates come up, I'll be sure to let you all know... thanks for the taking the time out to read my blog... God bless ya'll~!

Find it! Green Gold is a variety show in SBS where its about helping raise the environmental awareness. And it has 4 hot guys as its MC's namely: Kim Hyung Joon (SS501), Shindong (Super Junior), Brian (FTTS) and Jo Kwon (2AM). But from Brian's myspace message a few days ago looks like future episodes are not going to coming anymore.

Nothing has been said official from SBS regarding the future of the show. All we have to do is wait for the official announcement from SBS regarding the future of the variety program.

With 2PM performing at the Dream Concert with only 6 members, K-Hottests joined together and created a glow-in-the-dark banner in support of the one and only leadja of 2PM, Jaebum. Also, outside the venue, K-Hottests put up a balloon banner that contained a slightly more complicated message.

K-Hottests continued to show their support for Jaebum at the Dream Concert with a glow-in-the-dark banner that said "We will wait for our Leadja Park Jaebum". This was the only banner that was visible during the concert in the dark (well, I guess you can kind of see a T-Ara banner. Can you guys spot it?) and it was the only glow-in-the-dark at the venue. People commented saying that the banner must have cost a lot of many but a K-Hottest replied saying "Banners are usually expensive but this was totally worth it!" Check out the banner below! It's pretty legit!

Belle over at 2ONEDAY has explained the meaning of this message. She states that:

"The one above is a reference to Drunken Tiger's "Monster". In Drunken Tiger's "Monster", there is a repetitive phrase"bal-lah-buh-ryho". It means "spread it up" literally, but it in this context it means "put it up". The tone of this phrase is aggressive, but the meaning is not vulgar nor offensive.

The banner says "6PM put it up" in the bigger font and the smaller font in between. When you connect the big fonts and small fonts, it's "put up ointment on the scar of 6pm without Jaebum".

It's nice to see that K-Hottests are coming together and showing their continued support for Jaebum. I hope Jaebum and JYPE sees how much us Hottests miss the leadja and both Jaebum and JYPE change their minds and decisions and have Jaebum return. Wishful thinking ya?

So I got a random message from Gogole as I was looking into these new global auditions. These auditions are pretty big news right? Most reputable Kpop sites are talkign about this new development and why should I be any different?

I was gong to make a story about the good points and bad points of why you should go to the auditions and become an Asian Pop star. I am going to go over some details that other people may have looked over. Ok, so we have entered starsearch season and everyone wants to be the next big Asian pop star. Here is the question: is it worth it? First of all, you can absolutely kiss your privacy goodbye. You will never be able to walk down the street to get a snack without being groped by hundreads of fans (unless that is what you want). You can never have a date out in public without starting some sort of controversy. You will be all over the tabloids and gossip sites (like this one) with people like me pointing out all that is wrong with you and why you don’t do anything right.

Here is another thing that you need to keep in mind. Your contract will most likely lock you into a long career with a company that works you like a dong and does not pay you that much. If you doubt this you need to look up TVXQ on google news and see what you are missing…




That being said… here are some of the good points. Look at all of the fre clothes that you will get? No matter where you go, attractive people will want to be with you. When you speak… people will hang on to every word. You can start a controversy by postig something on myspace and have it come up 2 years later once you become popular.

So as I was looking into this audition frenzy I went to the JYP Entertainment website and I was given an intetrestign message from google. It appears that they don’t like JYP Entertainment at this point in time. I can’t even acces the site due to the message below. This only works if you get there from google seach results. Take a look.



What was thier reason behind this?

Personally I would rather audition for JYP Entertainment instead of SM entertanment given the court case that they are going through. Although, I will probably go down to the SM Entertainment auditions in Toronto.

On MBC Infinite Challenge aired from 18th October, footages of the rice farming project which started in June will be revealed.

‘Rice Farming Special’ is a joint project of the Infinite Challenge members and 2PM. These members have done hands-on from sowing till harvesting of the rice to help out their needy counterparts in the country.

According to the production team, after harvesting of the rice in October, the footages of the joint project will be aired on TV. There are much interests as to whether footages featuring JaeBum will be edited out.

With that, the production team voiced, “We will not edit any part out intentionally.”

Meanwhile, JaeBum has left the group and returned to his hometown in Seattle a month ago after his Myspace messages saga.

2PM fans have declared total boycott to upcoming Dream Concert, if 2PM is performing with leader Park JaeBum.
2PM fans will be posting up post-its on JYP office building on 10th October during the time when Dream Concert is going on.
Fans have declared that “Without JaeBum, we cannot accept 2PM‘ regarding 2PM’s future activities when JaeBum left the group. They have stick to this belief even when Park Jin Young announced that 2PM will promote as 6 members without JaeBum.

Dream Concert will be the first performing stage for 2PM after JaeBum left as a group of 6 members. Previously, on 25th September, it was planned for the group to perform as 6 members for 2009 Supermodel Contest, but in the end only 2 members JunHo and JunSu performed.

Fans will be “attacking” by posting up post-its at JYP building in Seoul ChungDamDong from 4pm to 8.30pm when Dream Concert is going on on 10th October. For these fans, they only wish for JaeBum to return to the group quickly.
Meanwhile, for the upcoming episode of Star King to be aired on 10th October, filmed on 7th September, 2PM members WooYoung and Nich Khun were featured performing with American NBA Cheerleaders team on the show.

No, but it appears that someone is using Wonder Girls rapper Yoobin’s name and picture to spread hate and racism against the Filipino flood victims. This person has set up a fake Twitter account and continues to spew racist rhetoric. I don’t understand how anyone could say such horrible things about people suffering, losing possessions and loved ones, and dying. Understandably, Wonderfuls are furious. They are especially outraged and disheartened by the fact that some Filipino people believe the Twitter account is real and that the WGs are really responsible for these cruel messages. Like any idol group, I know the WG have antis; and if you don’t like them, fine. But taking your hatred this far and wishing death upon others in their name is just WRONG.

The forum dedicated to 2PM JaeBum has closed down. The forum was set up by Seattle Glory Presbyterian church which JaeBum and his family has been attending.

The forum was originally set up to connect JaeBum with his fans. But on the homepage of the church, a message which writes “The forum ‘To JaeBum’ will be closed down permanently” on 27th September local time.

The church said, “This is the space where fans can write their messages to JaeBum, but bashes and bad comments found their way to this forum. With that, we have closed down the forum.”



The church has been the medium for fans to get to JaeBum, like sending letters and presents after JaeBum left Korea for his hometown Seattle. And the church has set up the forum for fans to connect directly with JaeBum.

But there has been many bashing and bad comments posted on the forum. And the church decided to close it down.

Meanwhile, the church has revealed on 26th September about the fan letters sent to JaeBum in Seattle, “There are many people who were curious about it. Very thankful. This had given (JaeBum) strength and bravery. JaeBum has revealed that he will live in the love and sincerity that everyone has showered on him.”

It is known that Seattle Glory Presbyterian church in Seattle has come up with a way for fans to connect with JaeBum.
Seattle Glory Presbyterian church is the church that 2PM former leader member JaeBum attends since he was in elementary school. And the fan letters sent to him in Seattle after he left group 2PM and Korea to return to Seattle were also delivered to JaeBum by pastor Kim ByungKyu.
And on 23rd September a banner and a discussion forum were made on the church’s homepage titled ‘to JaeBum LOVE & RESPECT’.

Previously, on 26th September, pastor Kim ByungKyu revealed JaeBum’s message to fans who have been encouraging and supporting him, he also revealed photos of fan letters sent to JaeBum at the church.
Meanwhile, international fans have came up with a project of a sky banner saying ‘J.What Time Is It Now’ which was flown above Seattle on 28th September at 2pm local time.
Netizens say:
“I hope that people don’t post hurtful messages and let him get hurt again”
