We reported earlier about the new KBS2TV variety show involving certain popular girl group members at the moment called Invincible Youth.

Invincible Youth consists of the G7 (Girl 7) which includes include Yuri, Sunny (SNSD), Goo Hara (Kara), Narsha (Brown Eyed Girls), Hyuna (4minute), Hyomin (T-ara) and Han Sunhwa (Secret). Besides the girl group members, other artistes involved with the show include Noh Joo Hyun and Nam Hee Seok, Kim Tae Woo and Kim Shin Young. The show will see them go out into the rural areas of Korea where they will endure hardship and manual labor.

Filming for the premiere episode took place at a small village in Gangwon-do on the 14th although it was shrouded in secrecy. The managers of the artistes were not allowed into the village from the start. One of them said, "The seven members took a chartered bus into the filming location in the morning. We aren't sure about their schedule or what they are recording exactly. We had groups of production staff filming separately as well so we are really curious about what's being filmed."

Invincible Youth will air on 23rd October at 11.05pm.

Kara's butt dance has been the hot topic of many of our stories lately and now it's the hot topic on Kim Tae Woo's mind. The episode of Golden Fishery - Radio Star that aired today featured Kim Tae Woo as a guest. He shared his opinion of Kara's famous butt dance by stating, "When Kara does their butt dance, I go a little crazy."

But he stuck with his love when asked about his favorite girl group. He answered, "Girls' Generation."

Kara's Nicole revealed that she felt it was unfair for she had to buy all of toothpaste in her dorm.

On October 13th broadcast of SBS 'Strong Heart' (Hosted by Kand Hodong and Lee SeungGi), she said "A weeks worth of allowance is ($100). It could be considered alot for someone my age, but because of the food expenses, it's not very much", she revealed.

Nicole said, "For 6 months, only I buy our bathrooms toothpaste", and "Instead of buying 1, it's cheaper to buy 3 at once, but altogether it costs ($12). At first when I bought it and it ran out, I said 'Guy's, there's no more toothpaste', but nobody bought any" she revealed.

Nicole continued, "If you look at it a certain way, it's not much money", and "However, a year's worth of toothpaste costs ($50)" as she told her unfair story and brought laughs. On top of that, Nicole told Goo Hara, "I will no longer make you curry in the morning", as she made a cute threat.

Kara's Nicole told the truth about getting her dinner plans stolen from Goo Hara

On October 13th broadcast of SBS 'Strong Heart' (Hosted by Kand Hodong and Lee SeungGi), she revealed, "I became friends with a male celebrity", and "one day, because our schedules matched, I planned to go eat with this friend. But suddenly he told me he had to eat with his stylist noona and pushed back our plans".

She also said, "So I said we'll go to a cafe sometime and moved on, but I found out that girl was Goo Hara", and "He fooled me to eat with Goo Hara" she revealed.

At this, Goo Hara replied "I only made plans to go eat", and "I didn't know the person he made plans with were Nicole. Between me and Nicole, it means he chose me. That met me because he liked me more", she said confidently while creating laughs.

With so many groups making their debuts and comebacks this week, another group is making their exit.

The 5 member girl group, Kara will be having their goodbye stages this weekend from 16 - 18th October on KBS2TV's Music Bank, MBC's Music Core and SBS's Inkigayo.

Kara has been really busy with their Revolution album promotions since it's release in July, promoting their title track Wanna and then their follow-up song, Mister. Their follow-up song, Mister proved to be a big hit with their fans, thanks to their "butt dance" choreography and is now their trademark. The success of Mister also saw them picking up a Mutizen award on Inkigayo in September.

Although Kara will be ending their group activities, their solo activities will still continue. Goo Hara for example will be appearing in KBS2TV's Invincible Youth variety show. The girls will also be filming some CFs after this week.

Kara will not be idling for long though as they will be making a comeback in mid-November with a digital single album so watch out for that.

1. Yunho – “Heading to the Ground” isn’t exactly a big hit, but netizens love their U-Know, you know (whose idea was that name?). Fans believe his acting skills will become positively Shakespearean with time. He’s also hot.

2. Micky Yoochun - Not the one from Dong Bang Shin Ki I would have picked for a solo singing career, but perhaps it’s the power of the pimp hand.

3. G-Dragon – Most overrated idol? Fans are calling him the next Seo Taiji. He already has a massive selling solo album under his belt, so it’s not difficult to imagine him going after bigger and better things in the future.

4. T.O.P – Well, no argument from my end. Handsome, and already has some acting experience under his belt. I definitely would like to see more of TOP the thespian in the future (Iris!).

5. Sunye – This one surprised me a bit- some are saying she may be the second Lee Hyori. JYP had intended for her to originally debut solo, but Sunye opted to join a group. Not disappointed that she beat out Sohee for this spot; whenever I see Sunye perform (especially solo) she does have a certain “something” that lends itself to her charisma and nice vocal skills. I could see this happening in the future.

6. Taeyeon – She’s got the vocal chops, therefore crowning her the rising ballad queen. Taeyeon also has a good reputation with the public, so out of the Soshis, she could be the most successful.

7. Yoona – Netizens think she may eventually be in league with actresses Jeon Ji Hyun and Kim Tae Hee. Really? Ok, well I can accept more as an actress than actress/singer, but she has received an unprecedented amount of attention considering her resume. She’s got plenty of time to prove herself, and I think she’ll be one of the first to break away for good in order to do so.

8. Siwon – Hot, folks love him

9. Kim Hyun Joong – He’s still riding a wave of momentum from “Boys Over Flowers,” but that poor boy needs to take a year long nap before he gets attached to any more projects.

10. Han Seungyeon – This one is the head-scratcher for me. Apparently netizens think she is cute and that she stands out the most in KARA. Hmm, I thought it was Nicole, but I personally don’t see anyone in KARA having a successful solo career, unless they also try acting.

SBS new variety show "strong heart" which show cases 24 entertainers from the kpop scene launched its first ever episode Last week. It was packed with celebrities from GD and Seungri of Big Bang to former GOD Kim tae woo. After the first episode it showed a little preview of the upcoming second episode the following week.

The second episode of strong heart will be aired on SBS tomorrow 13th of October and here are preview photo's from the show! The second episode is packed with celebrities as well, from 2ne1 to Kara and Super Junior.

Just later it was announced that veteran actor Lee Dong Gun would take part in the music video of the song tomorrow by the group 4tomorrow. After a few moments, the official music video has been released.

4tomorrow is a group organized by Samsung to unite for a CF. The group consisted of Seung Yeon of Kara, Ga in of Brown eyed girls, hyunah of 4minute and UEE of after school.

After the release of the music video, the release of the said to music drama segments of each member with actor Lee Dong Gun will soon follow. Its been a long time since Lee Dong Gun was last seen in the entertainment business.

On the Second of October, MBC aired "Idol Group Survival: Sweet Girl" as part of their Chuseok special for the Korean holiday. It consists of several members from different girl groups dominating the kpop scene these days.

On this special episode, the girls were to ride a bus and go to random exotic places with unexpected challenges altogether; As the challenges surface slowly one by one those who fail will be eliminated and the last one standing will the hailed the winner or the QUEEN of the all the girl groups.

The episode was hosted by Infinity Challenge members Noh Hong Chul, Jung Hyung Don, and Gill. Kara's Goo Hara revealed that she spent time with 2NE1's Minji and Big Bang's Seungri when she was young.

On SBS 'Kang Shim Jang' Goo Hara will reveal her relationship with Gong Minji. She said, "I always looked over 2NE1's Gong Minji at an early age." and "Big Bang's Seungri is like my family.", which sparked curiousity.

Goo Hara and Seungri both attended the same dance school before debut with dreams of becoming a singer.

On the other hand, Hara and Nicole exchanged words about their life in their hostel and how they fought and had complaints, which made the studio erupt in laughter.

If you are a true k pop fan,i am pretty sure that you have read the news concerning SNSD's Yoona and KARA's Goo HARA pitching for a Korean Baseball team,Doosan Bears.

The lucky star that i selected is neither Hara nor Yoona,in my opinion,the lucky star is the mascot of the team,the "Bear" as shown in the picture.

What's the reason for me to say so?The reason is simple,it is because the bear has the most interactions with the two pretty idols,i just wonder whether the person inside the costume is the same person or not.

It's hard to be a mascot for particular team,but the tiredness is nowhere to be seen if female idols appear from time to time on the pitch,i wish that i was that mascoit two!!

Driven by the star power of Lee Junki, MBC’s new Wednesday-Thursday drama Hero [히어로] has been licensed for a Japanese broadcast even before it airs in Korea. This is not that surprising when one considers Lee Junki’s widespread popularity throughout Asia, but what IS surprising is the recent admission that the licensing was done far in advance — as far back as last November.

A source explained on October 9 that most dramas in this climate are subject to economic considerations and licensing is generally not finalized until two to four episodes have aired. “However, in Hero’s case, recognition of the solid synopsis and lead actor Lee Junki has led to an unusual circumstance of an early sale at a high price.”

Also announced on the 9th was the drama’s confirmed cameo of pop girl group KARA. The ladies will be featured in the first episode in a performance scene. The mini-concert marks the first meeting for Lee Junki and Kim Min-jung, who play a reporter and a police detective, respectively. They get off on the wrong foot, so I’m betting we can expect a lot of bickering in their future.

The KARA members said of the cameo opportunity, “It’s an honor for us to start off this drama together with Lee Junki and Kim Min-jung, who are actors we have always liked. We’re already excited just thinking about filming, and and really looking forward to it. It feels exciting to be able to show a different side of KARA in the drama.”

Hero premieres on November 18, after Heading to the Ground ends.

Kara expressed their happiness of being called a chuseok idol.

On the 9th, Kara spilled their feelings about the holidays before going on stage at Seoul, KBS Hole filming for KBS 2TV 'Music Bank'. During Chuseok, Kara participated on various specials, and as a result received explosive popularity. As Kara kept participating in holiday specials from last year, they even received the nickname 'Holiday Idols'.

Kara leader Park Gyuri says, "I honestly didn't know it would become such a topic" and "While watching the broadbast, 'are those idols really just like us?', and people were amazed" she revealed. She continued "I felt the response would be good. I felt great" and laughed.

Han Seungyeon said "Because there were many things to prepare for the special programs, it was also true our bodies were tired", she continued "During a certain program, the choreography for it was even decided just the night before" as she reminisced. While being called 'Goosain Bolt', being remembered as a Chuseok hot code, Goo Hara said "During the holidays, hearing people enjoyed themselves from watching us made me proud" and "I think it was important to show our true selves as we are. Nicole also said, "I didn't know we would receive such love during chuseok. Hearing about it later made me surprised" and "Because of the dark circles, it was very embarrassing to reveal our faces.. But I'm thankful because there were so many people who saw it as pretty" she said.

Maknae Kang Jiyoung said, "I was surprised they would air myself snoring during a special program. I thought it would be cut out.." she continued "As I gathered my entire family in front of the TV very proudlike, only to see the first scene of myself was snoring. It was embarrassing" as she chatterred on. She also said, "I was really worried. My fresh face would obviously be something already shown here and there, and for a while I couldn't lift my head" she continued "But because there were alot of people who saw it as pretty, I fell relieved" as she laughed brightly.

It has been reported that 5 member girl group, Kara, will be making a cameo appearance for a drama.

Kara will appear in the the first episode of MBC drama Hero (tentative title) which will premiere on 18th November. The two main characters of the drama Lee Junki and Kim Min Jung will be cheering for Kara at their concert.

A representative for Kara stated, "Although it is not completely official, we are optimistic about their cameo appearance which will be shown on the 18th of next month."

Kara will soon be ending their promotions for Wanna and Mister in mid-October. But they will not be idling for long as they will go straight into preparation for their new single album, scheduled for release a month later in mid-November.
