Over the weekend, Super Junior members, Donghae, Siwon, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Leeteuk, and Sungmin visited Thailand to meet with fans and Thai super model, Pancake. While on the short trip, Donghae tells a Thai interviewer details about his encounter with Pancake and how he fell in love with her.

There is no need for fans to worry about Donghae’s confession just yet. During a press conference for, “12 Plus Mircale BB Powder” he gave the interviewer details about the concept for the CF with Thai super model, Pancake. Yes, her name is really Pancake. In the CF, Donghae falls in love with her charm after she used the powder. He also tempts fans by mentioning that if they want him to fall in love with them, then they will have to use the powder.

Donghae along with Siwon was at Zen department store in Bangkok,Thailand for the press conference of their upcoming CF for the Thai cosmetic brand, 12 Plus; while other members of Super Junior were at Siam Discovery promoting the new, “Mircale BB Powder” and playing games with 1,500 lucky fans.

Interviewer: SiwonShi , how many times you have been to Thailand?
Siwon: This is my 9th time already , but even if we came that often, the fans still gave us very warm welcome every time. I already think that Thailand is my 2nd home.
Interviewer: DonghaeShi , This is your 2nd time filming in Thailand , How do you feel? Have you seen the previous CF yet?
Donghae: First of all, I would like to thank you to 12 Plus for choosing me to come filming. I already watched the last CF I filmed. But for the CF this time, the concept will be different. In this CF ,I will be falling in love with Pancake.
And I’m very happy that they choose me to come with Siwon this time, as I’m very close to Siwon . I also feel very happy and honor to film with Pancake.
Interviewer: Did you prepare anything for coming back filming CF here again?
Siwon: Yes, we did prepare. As the new product of 12 plus is cosmetic which will give us smooth and clear skin ,also oil control , which is very suitable for Thai girl , Everyone should go get one to try.
Interviewer: Have a chance to film together with Pancake , How do you feel?

Singer Ivy on Tuesday said she is nervous for her comeback, speaking to fans officially for the first time in over two and a half years.


"I had some trouble recording [my album] because I hadn't done it in a while so it felt awkward," the 26-year-old singer wrote on her official website revealing the process of her third album in the works.

"I hadn't sung properly in front of a mic for a long time and I couldn't really get into what I was singing because I was nervous," she went on to say. "But I told myself 'You're singing -- something you wanted to do for so long!' and successfully finished recording."

Ivy asked fans to "wait just a little longer" for her comeback. "I am preparing nervously everyday to complete my third album...... I hope you're looking forward to it a lot and I ask for your support too," she wrote.

Ivy also recently collaborated with singer MC Mong to do a featuring for a song in the repackaged version of his fifth album set for release early next month, signaling she will soon return to the stage.

Ivy, whose real name is Park Eun-hye, had been off the radar since 2007 over problems with a former boyfriend who threatened her with videos and disputes with her management agency.

The singer of hit song "Sonata of Temptation" was reported to have resumed production of an album she had quit working on last year.

Ah, one cannot read their names and not think of the mess of a scandal that led singer Ivy to lie way below the Kpop radar 2 years ago. Some of these pictures may have never seen the light of day before; and I can see why. I am sorry but I don’t find these pictures flattering at all! They look like angry refugees from some mystical war torn clown land. But, the strange thing is that the clothes are not the off-putting part of these pictures. No, but it appears that someone is using Wonder Girls rapper Yoobin’s name and picture to spread hate and racism against the Filipino flood victims. This person has set up a fake Twitter account and continues to spew racist rhetoric. I don’t understand how anyone could say such horrible things about people suffering, losing possessions and loved ones, and dying. Understandably, Wonderfuls are furious. They are especially outraged and disheartened by the fact that some Filipino people believe the Twitter account is real and that the WGs are really responsible for these cruel messages. Like any idol group, I know the WG have antis; and if you don’t like them, fine. But taking your hatred this far and wishing death upon others in their name is just WRONG.

The forum dedicated to 2PM JaeBum has closed down. The forum was set up by Seattle Glory Presbyterian church which JaeBum and his family has been attending.

The forum was originally set up to connect JaeBum with his fans. But on the homepage of the church, a message which writes “The forum ‘To JaeBum’ will be closed down permanently” on 27th September local time.

The church said, “This is the space where fans can write their messages to JaeBum, but bashes and bad comments found their way to this forum. With that, we have closed down the forum.”



The church has been the medium for fans to get to JaeBum, like sending letters and presents after JaeBum left Korea for his hometown Seattle. And the church has set up the forum for fans to connect directly with JaeBum.

But there has been many bashing and bad comments posted on the forum. And the church decided to close it down.

Meanwhile, the church has revealed on 26th September about the fan letters sent to JaeBum in Seattle, “There are many people who were curious about it. Very thankful. This had given (JaeBum) strength and bravery. JaeBum has revealed that he will live in the love and sincerity that everyone has showered on him.”

9-member group Child of Empire is set to debut!

Jewelry’s company Star Empire Entertainment revealed, “The group will debut in November officially, but from 28th September, they will be holding guerrilla concerts nationwide.”

The group will perform in major cities, including Seoul, for their guerrilla concert. Their seonbae from Star Empire, V.O.S will also be showing their support by appearing for their guerrilla concert.

Tickets for Korean actor Lee Min-ho's fan meeting set for late-November in Japan sold out in an hour, according to the star's agency on Monday.

"Despite it being a launching event for the fan club in Japan, many Asian fans from Taiwan, Thailand and China are still asking about the tickets," Starhaus Entertainment explained. "Therefore, we are considering holding additional events in Osaka and other places."

Tickets for the event, tentatively titled "Minoz JAPAN First Event", were exclusively sold through his official fan club. However, too many people signed up for the fan club to buy tickets for the event, leaving many members without tickets, Starhaus said.

At the event, his official fan club in Japan "Minoz Japan" will kick off while the 22-year-old actor will also celebrate the publication of his first photo book "Travel with MINHO", containing never-before seen photographs of the actor on location in Sydney and London as well as past interviews and a letter to fans.

Lee debuted as a model and appeared in several TV dramas before making it big earlier this year with the popular drama "Boys Over Flowers".

It has been confirmed that group Dong Bang Shin Ki will not participate and 2PM will participate as 6 members for Dream Concert this year.

Dong Bang Shin Ki, with 3 of its members in a lawsuit with the company and are still undergoing a court trial, will not appear on Dream Concert 2009. And also group 2PM, with leader member JaeBum absent from the group after he left the group on 8th September, will appear as 6 members.

This was announced by a Dream Concert staff on 29th September.

It has been of much interests to fans and music industry officials whether Dong Bang Shin Ki and 2PM will appear for Dream Concert. The 2 groups being 2 of the top boy groups in Korea, will not participate this year on Dream Concert due to some unfateful happenings.

And the fans’ response about this news have been expectantly unhappy. Dong Bang Shin Ki fans have wished that the group will appear on Dream Concert. Fans have even put pressure on SM Entertainment to have the group perform for this concert.

While for 2PM, many are interested on how the group will promote as 6 members. Because currently, many fans stand on the side wanting JaeBum to be back on the team and his withdrawal from the group canceled, there is even a boycott for the 6-member promotions of the group.

To respond the previous rumor spread around about DBSK members seeking a chance to play in the drama, here’s a denial of it.
Eventhough we’re not sure which newspaper was lucky enough to be able interviewing DBSK (5 of them? 1 of them?) while they even hardly to group together: Yunho with drama shooting, Changmin with drama practice, and even JaeChun just arrived at Korea yesterday.

However, we don’t believe the drama rumor at the first place anyway, so yeah, just take it as a piece of sweet? ^^

Recently, the three members of Dong Bang Shin Ki (Hero JaeJoong, Micky YooChun and Xiah JunSu), who were involved in a lawsuit against their company, have once again emphasized that their intention is only to resolve their contract problem, and not to ‘disband’.

On the 25th of September, they stated through an interview with a newspaper that they were not aware of any drama plans. They also said that they will look into this issue, as they do not know what exactly happened, and even their managers were not notified of this, too.

On the other hand, Dong Bang Shin Ki’s Hero JaeJoong, Micky YooChun and Xiah JunSu had filed a lawsuit against their agency company SM Entertainment, and had also successfully submitted the request for the evidence of their past earnings’ history and receipts.

On the 21st of August, both parties were present at the Seoul Central Court for the hearing regarding cars that were owned by both, and are still waiting for a verdict from the court.*
